I am a strategic marketer with over six years agency experience and I’m
currently completing Europe’s most prestigious Sports Masters Program.

Currently completing the FIFA Master in Switzerland, preparing for the next step of my career.
Organised by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) in partnership with three universities in Leicester, Milan (the prestigious SDA Bocconi School of Management) and Neuchatel. The course features guest speakers from world-leading sports organisations such as FIFA, UEFA, FIBA, NBA, Ferrari, Nike, Adidas, PGA Tour, Infront Marketing, Team Marketing, MLS and many more highly reputable organisations.
The course accepts just 32 applications from around the world each year from a pool of almost 1000 applicants.
I founded my own successful marketing agency and managed it for over 6 years in Perth, Australia.
Wanting to take a risk after completing university, I started Pryzm (pryzm.com.au) in 2015 at the age of 20.
Pryzm grew to a team of four and included notable national sports clientele , including Perth Glory FC (Football, A-League), Western Force (Super Rugby), Code Wars (National Pay-Per-View Boxing Events) and a number of significant clients in mining and resources, real estate, retail and more.
By taking the risk of entrepreneurship, I rapidly developed my skills in strategic marketing, business development and people management, both through happy and hard lessons.
Pryzm fully operated Perth Glory FC’s marketing for four years, breaking sales records along the way.
From 2017 to 2021, Perth Glory fully outsourced their marketing to Pryzm, with me appointed as General Manager of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO.
During this time, we were an integral part of a Glory staff that produced year-on-year membership and attendance growth (until COVID). In the successful 2018-19 season, Glory soared past all its off-field milestones and Pryzm’s #FillThePark campaign delivered the club’s largest regular season home crowd in the club’s history; a record that still stands today.
I’m Australian with strong Greek heritage and a burning passion for football, sport, cooking and food holidays.
Growing in Darwin and Perth, I travelled a lot in my youth, experienced different cultures around the world and thus, was raised with a global perspective.
I speak English (native) and Greek (moderate), with an aspiration to learn Spanish during my career. My favourite sports are football (soccer), basketball, cricket and rugby. I’m a lifelong Socceroos, Perth Glory and Manchester United fan.
I am an ENFJ personality type, a realist and enjoy opportunities to learn in all corners of my life.

Harley Mitaros holds dual citizenship of Australia and Greece (European Union).
Following the conclusion of my postgraduate studies, I will be seeking a new challenge in a sports marketing or commercial role. I’m open to all offers on roles to broaden my experience. My immediate ambition is to secure a challenging position in a forward-thinking organisation that matches my ambition and allows me to learn and develop as an industry professional.
